Job Purpose

The Branch Manager – RSO is responsible for overall operations, sales performance, team management, customer satisfaction, and profitability of the Retail Sales Outlet. The role ensures achievement of sales targets while maintaining brand standards and excellent customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and finance/insurance.
- Drive walk-in conversions, corporate sales, and local marketing activities.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and customer demand.
- Ensure effective lead management and follow-ups through CRM.

Branch Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the RSO.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Control expenses and improve branch profitability.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Conduct daily briefings, reviews, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
- Maintain discipline and positive work culture.

Customer Experience





- Ensure high customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Service, Accounts, Logistics, and Corporate teams.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely vehicle billing, delivery, and documentation.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 4-5 years in automobile sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
