Key Responsibilities:

- Install and set up desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
- Support CCTV, biometric systems, VPN, internet, printers, and servers.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and perform preventive maintenance.
- Handle IT helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within timelines.
- Manage data backups and ensure data security.
- Support and troubleshoot Zoho applications and the DMS (Document Management System).
- Assist in firewall, antivirus, and user access management.
- Maintain IT-related MIS reports and support ISO documentation and compliance.
- Train employees on IT systems and provide user support.

Required Skills:





- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT support.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Zoho applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot IT issues and manage multiple tasks.
- Quick learner with a team-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, server support, and data backup.
- Understanding of ISO processes.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, PDF tools, and basic Zoho customization is an added advantage.
