Position: Sales Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or related engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and project offers.
- Follow up with customers, negotiate orders, and maintain robust client relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal engineering teams.
- Support project execution, installation, and commissioning whenever required.

Requirements:-

- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial automation, robotics, CNC machines, welding equipment, manufacturing machinery, or similar industrial products.




- Strong technical aptitude and customer requirement analysis skills.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with mandatory English proficiency.
- Knowledge of PLCs, industrial robotics, automation systems, CNC machines, and welding technologies will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and project support.

Travel & Allowances:-

- Extensive travel across India and overseas based on business requirements.
- Fuel/Diesel reimbursement and travel expenses as per company policy.
