Experience 8-10 yrs Years Location Flexible / Hybrid Employment Type Full-Time Role Summary The SAP S/4HANA AMS R2R (Record-to-Report) Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP Finance processes across global business operations. The role involves managing incidents, service requests, problem management, continuous improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring SLA adherence while driving process optimization and automation within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. The consultant will act as the functional lead for R2R processes and collaborate with business users, technical teams, integration partners, and AMS leadership to ensure stable operations and continuous value realization. Key Responsibilities AMS Service Delivery Lead SAP S/4HANA R2R support operations in a global AMS environment. Manage Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management activities. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and governance requirements. Drive ticket backlog reduction and aging management. Lead severity incident resolution and support business-critical issues. SAP R2R Functional Support Provide expertise across: General Ledger Accounting (GL) Accounts Payable Integration Accounts Receivable Integration Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Parallel Ledger Accounting Intercompany Accounting Period-End Closing Year-End Closing Financial Reporting Group Reporting and Consolidation (preferred) Stakeholder Management Serve as primary Functional Lead for business finance stakeholders. Conduct governance meetings, service reviews, and status reporting. Provide recommendations for process improvement and stabilization. Support audits and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage end-to-end sap s/4hana financial accounting projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
2. Configure and customize sap s/4hana financial accounting modules to meet client's specific business needs.
3. Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and functional teams in implementing financial accounting solutions.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the sap s/4hana system.
5. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users on financial processes and system functionalities.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap s/4hana financial accounting technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana financial accounting modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial closing.
2. Proven experience in implementing sap s/4hana financial accounting solutions in a corporate environment.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the sap system.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
6. Certification in sap s/4hana financial accounting is highly preferred.
