The Domestic Logistics Incharge will be responsible for managing and coordinating all domestic dispatches, transportation, and delivery operations of machinery and components. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and safe delivery to customers across India.
Key responsibilities:
Legal
- Handle and coordinate all civil and labour court cases.
- Coordinate with company advocates and maintain legal case records.
- Follow up on court matters, notices, legal documentation, and compliance.
- Liaise with government departments and authorities for property-related matters.
- Maintain records of legal agreements, notices, and property documents.
Logistics
- Arrange transportation for domestic and export machine dispatches.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for transit and export claim settlements.
- Ensure timely processing and recovery of insurance claims.
Export & Compliance
- Renew and maintain ECGC policies.
- Coordinate memberships and renewals of EEPC, IMTMA, and other industry associations.
- Maintain export-related documentation and compliance records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth export logistics and documentation.
Required Qualification and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Export-Import Management will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in legal coordination, logistics, export documentation, or a similar role in a manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of civil and labour laws, export procedures, and transportation management.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
