Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day operations of the QC Chemical Laboratory.

· Review and approve analytical data, COA, SOPs, STPs, specifications and laboratory documents.

· Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP and Data Integrity requirements.

· Handle QMS activities including OOS, OOT, Deviations, CAPA, Change Control and Risk Assessment.

· Oversee qualification, calibration and maintenance of QC instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, TOC, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, etc.).

· Coordinate testing of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-process, Finished Products, Stability and Water samples.

· Support internal, customer and regulatory audits.

· Lead, train and develop the QC team while ensuring timely batch release support.

Candidate Requirements





Preferable Experience in Sterile Experience (injectable Plant)

· Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry or equivalent.

· Experience: 10–15 years in Pharmaceutical Quality Control (Injectable experience preferred).

· Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity and regulatory requirements.

· Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and other analytical instruments.

Good leadership, documentation review and team management skills.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
