Minimum Eligibility Requirement:

● Education Qualification: Graduate or more

● Experience: 3-5 years, preferably if worked in similar CSR skill training projects as Manager or have had experience in successfully handling/managing a team of people.

About the role:

Training Coordination:

● Liaison and build a continuous & smooth working relationships with heads of various Government & Government aided education institutes & Senior Government officials holding important positions in the skilling and education field

● Uphold the organisation’s values and safeguard its reputation

● Ensure maintenance of good relationships with everyone who are in some way or the other associated with the project

● Direct and manage project performance tracking and be responsible for project deliverables

● Handling all kinds of escalations and issues and ensuring smooth & effective operations

● Conducting introduction and feedback sessions for batches





● Strictly follow all procedures and processes that have been already implemented and are in place

● Ensure all targets are achieved and as per specified timelines

Placement process:

● To bring employment/income-generating/livelihood opportunities for the students and place them accordingly after the completion of the training program

● To connect, visit and network with employers, entrepreneurs, and start-ups for job openings

● To keep a track of all employers and be in touch with them and maintain a sheet

● To arrange focused placement training for the non-placed students in coordination with the State Coordinator.

● To ensure overall maintenance and safety of the proof of placement in hard and soft format for each FY.

● To prepare placement monthly report and submit every month

● To maintain error-free placement data for all students in coordination with the person in-charges

● To coordinate with the class in-charges and map students accordingly based on the vacancies from time to time

Specific allied programs:

● Invite guests for coffee meet with employers and collect required documents and hand it over to DPC (Deputy project coordinator) for payment process

● Placement Exposure visit: Identify establishments/ organizations where students can be taken for placement exposure visit.

● Job Utsav: To organize Job Utsavs and bring potential employers with appropriate vacancies and maintain data of every JU.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Language: English, Marathi and Hindi

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
