HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Execute HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage HRMS updates and employee data with accuracy.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations initiatives.
- Work closely with managers and leadership to deliver a consistent employee experience.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in an IT, SaaS, or technology-driven organization.
- Exposure to employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
- Experience handling HR analytics and HR reporting is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
