As a Financial Counsellor at Manipal Hospitals, your primary responsibility will be to assist patients and their families in understanding their financial options regarding medical treatments. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide detailed information regarding various treatment costs, payment options, and financing plans.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance policies and navigating the claims process.
- Work closely with the billing department to resolve any financial inquiries or discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, their families, and healthcare providers.
