Job Summary

Vian Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our sales team at Kollur Experience Center. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
- Manage courier, mail, and office correspondence.
- Provide administrative and front office support as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth visitor experience.

Requirements

- Inter /Graduate in any discipline




- 0–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service Executive.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
