Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, network-oriented Outreach Manager to lead our offline student acquisition strategy. While our in-office team handles online and social media campaigns, you will be our face on the ground visiting target institutions, setting up local awareness campaigns, organizing seminars, and building strategic tie-ups to drive walk-ins and phone leads for our academic counselling team.

Key Responsibilities

· Institutional Tie-Ups & Visits: Visit target schools, colleges, coaching centers, or corporate hubs to pitch our programs and secure permissions for workshops, stalls, and presentations.

· On-Ground Lead Generation: Plan and execute direct outreach drives, canopy setups, leaflet distribution, and local promotional events to collect high-intent student leads.

· Event & Seminar Management: Organize and manage career guidance seminars, free mock tests, open days, and educational expos in colleges, auditoriums, and community centers.

· Local Branding & BTL Execution: Manage the distribution of offline marketing materials (banners, pamphlets,



standees, posters) in key education hubs and high-footfall areas.

· Collaboration with Inside Sales: Handover collected physical leads daily to the in-office Tele-Counselling team to ensure quick follow-up and conversion.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Travel & Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.

· Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in field marketing, institutional sales, or event management (EdTech/Education industry preferred).

· Interpersonal Skills: Solid face-to-face communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills to address students, principals, and department heads.

· Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam and functional English.
