HR Manager

Location: Silvassa

Position: HR Manager

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 7+ Years as he manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll processing, attendance & leave management

- Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)

- Employee engagement, grievance handling & performance management

- HR policy implementation and documentation

- Training & development and onboarding of new employees

- Coordination with department heads and management

- Maintaining HR MIS and employee records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field

- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience

- Solid knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC & statutory compliance

- Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills

- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
