Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel requirements, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer travel inquiries via calls, emails, or in person
- Provide information about travel packages, destinations, and services
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate booking and client records
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and travel partners
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience in the travel industry
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and international travel
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
