The Mobilizer is responsible for community outreach, identifying potential beneficiaries, and mobilizing individuals to participate in Sevalaya’s programs. The role requires regular fieldwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust within communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential beneficiaries

Create awareness about Sevalaya’s programs and initiatives

Mobilize candidates for training, education, or welfare programs

Coordinate with local communities, leaders, and stakeholders

Maintain records of outreach activities and beneficiary data

Ensure target enrollment and participation levels are achieved

Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager

Support program execution at the field level

Requirements:

Any graduate or relevant experience in community work





1–3 years of experience in field mobilization or social sector preferred

Willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of local language and community dynamics

Additional Information:

Candidates must be comfortable working in field conditions

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
