Job Summary

We are seeking well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

The Steward will play a key role in delivering a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks as per restaurant standards
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and organized at all times
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints politely
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Assist in billing and payment processes if required
- Ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of restaurant service standards
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass

Knowledge & Expertise

- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with table setup and service etiquette
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Awareness of POS systems and billing (preferred)
