We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our growing team across India. You will promote Dealersip, our AI-powered dealership management software, to used car dealerships and help them adopt digital solutions.

Your responsibilities include identifying recent customers, visiting dealerships, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, building strong relationships with dealership owners, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will also maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B, automotive, SaaS, or software sales. Strong communication, presentation,



and negotiation skills are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within their assigned territory. A two-wheeler and smartphone are preferred.
