Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Handle calls, emails, and customer enquiries, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Manage customer KYC documents and maintain records.
- Oversee office inventory, stationery, and branch procurement.
- Coordinate company vehicle movements, fuel records, servicing, insurance, and transport documentation.
- Follow up on customer payments and assist in resolving invoice-related issues.
- Coordinate warehouse loading/unloading and support daily operations.
- Maintain office records and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Handle administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Freshers are welcome with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada are preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
