Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT)

Location - College More , Sec V , Kolkata

5 days of working , Sat-Sun fixed off

Shift timing - 8pm-5am

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects via Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare customized proposals and coordinate with technical teams to submit accurate bids.
- Communicate with prospective clients through messages, calls, and meetings.
- Generate leads, convert opportunities into projects, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, pricing, and contracts.
- Manage company profiles on freelancing platforms and maintain client relationships.
- Track bids, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM and reporting tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 0–5 years of experience in Online Bidding, IT Business Development, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms.
- Excellent English communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, software/web development,



mobile apps, or digital solutions.
- Strong lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online collaboration platforms.
- Freshers are also eligible

Shift: Night Shift (International Clients) , 8pm-5am
