Salary (CTC): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Language Requirement: Hindi
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Call Center (Voice Process)

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center (Voice Process)
* Positive understanding of customer service principles
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts
