Key Responsibilities

- Utilize basic technical knowledge (HTML, Excel, and web browsing) to troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams across different time zones
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines consistently
- Estimate effort and turnaround time for assigned tasks
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive typing accuracy and speed
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Microsoft Excel, and web browsing tools
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a distributed global team environment
