Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects.
- Coordinate with the Development team, QA Team, and frontend Team, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in requirement gathering and project planning sessions.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, minutes of meetings, and status reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Support quality assurance by tracking defects and ensuring timely resolution.




- Learn project estimation, resource planning, and task prioritization under the guidance of senior Project Managers.
- Use project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project for task tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, BCA, BE/B. Tech, MCA, or any relevant bachelor's/master's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
