Job Summary

ARK Infosoft is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, initiating first contact with potential clients, and managing initial pipeline stages to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Market Outreach: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound channels, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Service Positioning: Thoroughly understand ARK Infosoft’s IT services, technical solutions, and core expertise to pitch effectively to potential clients.

Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects, qualify leads based on business scope, and schedule discovery meetings for sales conversion.

Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update CRM records daily, ensuring an organized pipeline of prospects and ongoing conversations.





Relationship Building: Establish initial rapport with prospective clients and follow up consistently to convert prospects into active opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or sales.

Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Hands-on experience with cold calling, email automation/campaigning, and CRM software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
