Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Erode. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

- Attracting and recruiting skilled employees to meet the organization's needs.
- Creating and managing paid job advertisements on LinkedIn.
- Handling the complete hiring process, including interviews and onboarding.
- Developing and implementing HR policies to streamline operations.




- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Overseeing employee benefits and addressing related queries.
- Maintaining a positive workplace environment through effective personnel management.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
- Professionally handling confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
