We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in a coffee outlet or café setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in store operations, customer service, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality. The candidate should be energetic, well-organized, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the coffee outlet/store efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock availability.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a coffee outlet, café, coffee chain, or similar food and beverage retail environment.
- Experience in store operations, inventory control, and customer service is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using POS (Point of Sale) billing systems.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in well-known coffee outlets or café chains will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
