Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Design Sales Specialist who can understand clients' design requirements and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong design knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet prospective clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, budget, and preferences.
- Provide design consultations and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into design concepts.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journey.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after sales closure.
- Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and market competition.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to generate recent business opportunities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
