Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer – L2 Support

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer (L2 Support) with 2–5 years of experience in managing Windows infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, and web hosting platforms (AWS, Hetzner, OVH, etc.).
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and networking issues.
- Manage Domain Controllers, web servers, IP phones, and server infrastructure.
- Provide L2 support, troubleshoot escalated issues, and ensure high system availability.
