S-Struct Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a structural engineering firm working across India, the Middle East, Canada, and the United States, on residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. Batch 3 of our internship program is built for final year M.Tech Structural Engineering students who want to work on real projects before they graduate, not simulate them.

Program Overview:

Eight weeks, full time. Hands-on training in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD, live ProLive project exposure, site visits, and direct mentorship from engineers who are actually accountable for the work they sign off on.

What You'll Do:

- Work hands-on with ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD on live projects, not sample files
- Sit in on model reviews and project discussions with mentors who expect you to explain your numbers, not just produce them




- Go on-site and see how a drawing becomes a structure
- Support the team with real project documentation and coordination tasks
- Learn how decisions get made under deadline, budget, and code constraints, not just in theory

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

- Final year M.Tech in Structural Engineering only
- Working familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD from academic coursework
- Able to commit full time for the entire 8-week duration

Other Requirement:

- Robust fundamentals in structural analysis and design, we build on this, we don't teach it from scratch
- Willingness to be on-site when required
