Job Summary

The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance and quality control activities across the manufacturing operations of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and precision components. The role requires ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve zero-defect manufacturing and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in Quality Management within Tool Room, Die Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, Automotive, or Engineering Manufacturing industries.
- Solid knowledge of:
- ISO 13485 / AS9100
- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
- GD&T; and Engineering Drawings
- Root Cause Analysis Tools




- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Experience in handling customer and supplier audits.
