Job Description

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate and CheckPoint firewall solutions.

- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.

- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and firewall-related issues.

- Perform implementation,



configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance of network security devices.

- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and implementation activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer support and project execution.

- Good hands-on experience with FortiGate or Check Point firewall technologies.

- Robust understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall concepts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- Relevant Fortinet or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- CCNA Certification is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory for effective customer interactions.

- Willingness to travel for onsite support and implementation activities.
