Job description:

- Carry out maintenance works in accordance with maintenance schedule
- Manage, monitor and maintain all plant, equipment's at optimum level performance and be alert of any abnormal functioning or damages
- Has to work closely with the client, contractor, supplier and vendor, keeping track and control schedules and deadlines
- Attend any call related to maintenance request by any department
- Communicate and Coordinate with all the department for the smooth functioning of retreat
- Ensure use of safety gadgets at work
- Review and update pending job list register
- Cleaning and maintaining the maintenance equipment's and tools
- Perform all routine maintenance works
- Deal with the incoming works properly.
- Repairing faulty equipment's and damaged structures
- Planning & scheduling repairs
- Maintaining inventory reports

Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI Electrician, Wireman
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
