We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cab service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing fleet operations, drivers, bookings, and customer support within a cab or taxi company.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cab/taxi company.
- Strong knowledge of cab operations and fleet management.
- Experience handling drivers, trip scheduling, and customer service.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with cab management software is an advantage.
