We are currently hiring student counsellors for our Angamaly branch.
Job Responsibilities
- Freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Counsel students and prospective candidates by understanding their educational goals and requirements.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and universities from renowned international institutions based on their academic profile and career aspirations.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups so that students receive their offer letters and complete the admission process without delays.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing their queries throughout the admission journey.
- Possess excellent communication and convincing skills to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Achieve monthly and half-yearly admission targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with students and parents.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.
Pay: ₹10,362.60 - ₹18,000.00 per month
