We are looking for a Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle client queries and provide timely support through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

* Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, updates, approvals, and deliverables.

* Follow up with clients for content, credentials, approvals, and other required information.

* Coordinate with internal teams such as SEO, Social Media, Content, Design, and Web Development.

* Track pending tasks and follow up with the concerned team members.

* Provide regular project updates to clients.

* Maintain proper records of client communication and follow-ups.

* Escalate important client concerns to the concerned manager.

* Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.

* Assist in maintaining good client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Skills :

* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, client servicing, coordination, or a related role.





* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Good knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts.

* Good follow-up and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and Content Marketing is preferred.

* Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Hours :

*Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

*Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

*Sunday: Holiday
