Job Overview

Daddy Interiors is looking for a talented and experienced Motion Designer to join our creative team. The role will focus on creating high-quality, engaging social media content, Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and motion graphics that showcase our interior design projects and strengthen our brand presence.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent motion design skills, and a deep understanding of social-first visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually compelling Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and motion graphics.
- Turn interior photography, videos, renders, graphics, and brand assets into engaging social content.
- Conceptualize creative ideas, storyboards, transitions, animations, and visual treatments.
- Edit video content with solid attention to pacing, composition, typography, music, and storytelling.
- Develop premium and contemporary visual content aligned with the Daddy Interiors brand.
- Collaborate with the interior design, creative, marketing, photography, and videography teams.
- Create content in different formats and aspect ratios for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Keep up with current social media trends, motion design techniques, editing styles, and content formats.
- Take projects from concept through final execution while maintaining high creative standards.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative experimentation to improve Daddy Interiors’ social media presence.





Requirements

- 4–7+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, Reels, social media, and short-form video work.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, transitions, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Experience working with design, architecture, interiors, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or other visually driven brands is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, 3D animation, AI video tools, or other emerging creative technologies will be an advantage.

You should be able to take a beautiful interior, a project story, or a simple creative idea and turn it into content that captures attention, communicates the brand, and makes people stop scrolling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
