Career Ka Dost is a career guidance organization based in Sitabuldi, Nagpur, helping students navigate admissions, career planning, and educational counseling. We are looking for an Operations Intern to support our day-to-day operations and student services.

*About the Role*

As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our team to manage student data, support communication with students and parents, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations and the education/career counseling industry.

*Responsibilities*

- Support daily operational activities of the organization

- Manage and update student data using Excel/Google Sheets

- Assist in communication with students and parents (calls, messages, follow-ups)

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed





*Requirements*

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/PGDM (or related field)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

- High attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
