- Researching market trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.
- Designing creative and commercially viable collections.
- Creating design sketches, technical specifications, and mood boards.
- Coordinating with the sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Selecting fabrics, trims, embellishments, and color combinations.
- Ensuring timely development of samples and maintaining quality standards.
- Contributing fresh ideas that strengthen the Glam4u brand identity.
