We're looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) fresher or experience in IT or software services sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, understanding of IT services, and a strategic sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms
- Assist in market research to identify new business opportunities
- Communicate with prospective clients and schedule meetings
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
- Learn and apply business development strategies in real-time projects

Who Can Apply

- Students or recent graduates ( MCA, BE-IT, BE-CE,B.Tech, Msc.IT or any relevant field)
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools
