Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor. Allocate work to operators and production staff. Ensure production targets are completed on time. Monitor manpower utilization and machine efficiency. Maintain production quality and minimize rework. Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.



Maintain daily production reports and shift records. Resolve shop floor issues efficiently. Train and guide production operators whenever required.
