Auri Aesthetics is a premium Semi-Permanent Makeup (PMU) studio specializing in Microblading, Combination Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales and customer service.

Job Role

This is more than a receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can create a luxury client experience while confidently converting enquiries into appointments.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome clients warmly and ensure they have a premium experience.

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in enquiries.

* Explain services, pricing, and aftercare to prospective clients.

* Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective communication.

* Follow up with enquiries and consultations to maximize bookings.

* Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule.

* Coordinate with the artist to ensure smooth client flow.

* Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain records.

* Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments for social media.

* Maintain studio hygiene, presentation, and client hospitality.

* Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.





Candidate Requirements

* Excellent spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident in sales and client handling.

* Professional, well-groomed, and presentable.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

* Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

* Salon, aesthetic clinic, skincare clinic, dental clinic, luxury retail, hospitality, spa, wellness, or front office experience.

* Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives.

Working Hours

10 am to 7 pm
