Content Creator & HR Executive

We're looking for a confident and creative Content Creator who enjoys being in front of the camera and can also support our HR and people operations. This is a unique role where you'll help build our brand through engaging content while assisting with recruitment and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation

- Create engaging video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Be comfortable speaking in front of the camera and representing the brand.
- Shoot product demonstrations, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work with the creative team to plan content ideas and scripts.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content concepts.
- Coordinate with the video editing team to ensure timely delivery of content.

HR & People Operations

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related data.
- Coordinate attendance,



leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement activities and office operations.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in content creation, HR, or both will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels or short-form videos.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic video editing tools.
- Understanding of social media trends.
- Experience in recruitment or HR coordination.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
