Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, and delivering customer-centric solutions in an agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and recommend improvements.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance customer experience.
- Track KPIs and product success metrics to ensure business objectives are met.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of Product Management experience in web or mobile product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.




- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Aha!
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in defining product roadmaps and managing product lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience writing user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Power BI.
- Ability to work closely with engineering, UX, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Enterprise products.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products is a plus.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
