We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer who can transform design concepts into realistic and visually appealing presentations.
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. You will work closely with interior designers to create high-quality 3D views that help clients visualize their dream spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D interior models and high-quality renders.
- Prepare interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed 3D walkthroughs and presentation views.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into 3D models.
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and furniture accurately.
- Coordinate with the Interior Design team to understand project requirements.
- Revise designs based on client and management feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of project visualizations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (Interior Design preferred).
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, colors, and interior design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential interior projects.
- Knowledge of Photoshop for post-render editing.
- Basic understanding of BOQs and interior materials is an advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing interior visualization work.
