About the Role

PavanGati is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our quick-commerce store/warehouse. The Store Manager will be responsible for inventory, staff management, order operations, store performance, product quality, and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the PavanGati store/warehouse.
- Supervise Picker & Packers, Inventory Controllers, and other store staff.
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and handed over to Delivery Partners on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with the Inventory Controller to manage stock availability.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, expiry dates, and damaged products.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all products.
- Manage stock receiving from suppliers and verify received quantities.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Track store productivity, order processing time, cancellations, and operational errors.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
- Train, guide, and manage store employees.
- Handle staff attendance, shift planning, and task allocation.




- Coordinate with Delivery Partners for smooth order handovers.
- Escalate major operational, inventory, or customer-related issues to management.
- Help reduce product wastage, stock loss, and order errors.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse/store operations.
- Inventory management knowledge.
- Basic computer and inventory software knowledge.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Previous experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, grocery, retail, or warehouse operations is preferred.

Experience

2–5 years preferred

Experience as a Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, Operations Supervisor, or similar role will be an advantage.

Salary

₹[Salary Range] per month + Performance Incentives

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and company policy.
