Job description:

Department: Stores / Inventory Management
Location: Nagpur- Lihigaon
Reporting to: Store Manager / Supply Chain Manager
Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in manufacturing sector)
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preference: B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in Material Management)
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update stock records, inventory software, and physical inventory.
- Receive incoming materials and verify their quality and quantity.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and tagging of materials as per SOP.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per requisitions.
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Handle dispatches of finished goods and maintain proper documentation (e.g., invoices, gate passes).
- Implement 5S and other warehouse safety and efficiency practices.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards,



and statutory requirements.
- Assist in scrap management and disposal as per norms.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments for logistics and movement.

Key Skills:

- Inventory control and documentation
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.)
- Basic understanding of GST, E-way bills, and logistics documentation
- MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety and handling of different types of materials

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in store operations within a manufacturing unit
