Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a Commerce background to support accounting and procurement operations while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including vendor management, RFQs, purchase orders, invoice verification, and procurement coordination.
- Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, including customer quotations, order processing, invoicing, payment tracking, and order closure.
- Execute monthly billing activities, ensuring accurate invoice generation, reconciliation, and timely invoice delivery.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), customer account reconciliation, aging analysis, cash allocation, and collections.
- Procure hardware, software, and cloud solutions through global vendors and distributors.

Required Skills:





- 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Procurement, AR, Billing, or Collections.
- Hands-on experience with P2P, O2C, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Vendor Management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of QuickBooks or any other accounting software and ERP systems
