Arambh Influence is a growing influencer marketing and digital solutions company helping brands scale through influencer campaigns, social media marketing, branding, and digital strategies. We are looking for a smart, target-driven, and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) who has prior experience in a digital marketing agency, social media agency, or IT service-based company.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Pitch digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, branding, and IT services to potential clients
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for smooth project onboarding
- Prepare proposals, presentations,



and business reports
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Stay updated with digital marketing and social media industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency, Social Media Agency, or IT Service-based company preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.
- Good knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Ability to handle clients professionally
