Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and structured HR Executive (around 30–35 years of age) to manage day-to-day human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Hindi and Tamil to effectively communicate across our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and oversee seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, and drive team-building initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance and leave, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
- Performance Management: Assist in coordinating performance review cycles, setting KPIs, and tracking employee development plans.
- Payroll & Benefits Support:



Work with finance to process monthly payroll inputs, handle attendance adjustments, and administer employee perks.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Assistant role.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, standard practices, and basic labor laws.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or ATS software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in Hindi and Tamil (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Profile: Preferred age range of 30–35 years with 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or recruiting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
