E-commerce Executive — Macushla (Sun Corp)

Macushla (a Sun Corp company) is hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (listings, pricing, inventory, orders)
- Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and own website/D2C channels
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; report insights
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Handle customer queries/returns related to online orders
- Ensure product catalog accuracy (descriptions, images, pricing)
- B2B sale client servicing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
- Familiarity with marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; Shopify/WooCommerce experience a plus
- Solid communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹9,793.16 - ₹34,141.44 per month
