We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company's products and services
- Conduct warm calls by following up with existing leads, previous inquiries, and interested customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Explain product features, services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and call outcomes in the CRM or company system
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, when required
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up,



and lead generation targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Visit client locations for meetings and field rounds once or twice a month, as required

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
- Solid listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
