Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts, develop content strategies, and handle paid advertising campaigns for our clients.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, content creation, social media trends, and Meta Ads & Campaigning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow clients' social media accounts.

- Create monthly content strategies and content calendars.

- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, posts, Stories, and campaigns.

- Develop creative content ideas, captions, hooks, and campaign concepts.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and formats.

- Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) from campaign setup to optimization.

- Plan campaigns according to objectives such as brand awareness, engagement, leads, traffic, and conversions.

- Research target audiences and create relevant audience segments.

- Monitor ad performance, budgets, and campaign results.

- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.

- Manage comments, DMs, and overall community engagement.





- Prepare social media and campaign performance reports.

- Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

- Understanding of paid advertising, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.

- Positive knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

- Solid communication and copywriting skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content and campaign ideas.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
